Cancellation & Modification Policy

At Famtify, every product is made to order, and many of our items are personalized. To ensure production runs smoothly, please review our policy below before submitting a change or cancellation request.

1. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@famtify.com, including your order number and a detailed description of your request.

Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order will enter production and can no longer be adjusted or refunded, as each item is custom-made.

2. Design Adjustments

If your request involves design modifications (such as personalization edits, spelling corrections, or photo replacements), please note that these adjustments may extend the processing time of your order, especially during peak holiday seasons.

While we always do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee timely delivery for orders that require design revisions after submission.
