Shipping policy

At Famtify.com, every item is made-to-order with care and ships from our partnered workshops and warehouses in Vietnam, China, or the United States, depending on product type and stock availability. We know these pieces carry family stories, so we work to get them to you safely and on time.

1) Order Processing

  • Standard products: 1–2 business days.
  • Personalized / custom designs: 1–3 business days (extra time for design and production).

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

2) Shipping Carriers

We ship with trusted global carriers: 4PX, YunExpress, Yanwen, DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, Royal Mail. Tracking numbers are sent by email after dispatch, please allow up to 48 hours for the first tracking update.

3) Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery windows below begin after your order has shipped (processing time not included):

Heads up: Delivery times are estimates. Customs clearance, local carrier handling, and peak holiday seasons can add delays. 

Production Time + Shipping Time = Estimated Delivery Window

Example: If production takes 3 days and shipping takes 12 days → Estimated delivery is 15 business days.

4) Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country.
  • Famtify.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

5) Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • A tracking link is provided once your order ships.
  • If your package is marked “delivered” but not received, please get in touch with your local carrier first. If still unresolved, email us at support@famtify.com.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or refusal of delivery may require additional reshipping fees.

6) Incorrect Address/ Lost/ Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please notify us within 30 days of the delivery date and include photos (outer box, shipping label, and product). We’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot edit an address once the order has entered production. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

7) Holiday Season Notice

Due to high order volume for personalized gifts, both production and shipping times may be slightly extended from November to December. We encourage ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
