How do I personalize my Famtify gift?

Most Famtify products are personalized right on the product page. Add your photo, name, or custom text using the personalization tool, preview your design, then add it to your cart. Your details are sent straight to our production team.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Personalized items are made to order. Production takes 1-4 business days, and shipping to the United States takes about 5-15 business days depending on the method chosen. Other countries may take a little longer.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, within 12 hours of purchase. Because each item is custom made and enters production quickly, we cannot change or cancel orders after the 12-hour window. Email support@famtify.com with your order number as soon as possible.

What materials are your ornaments made from?

Our ornaments come in acrylic, mirrored acrylic, hologram acrylic, wood, ceramic, and glass. Each material is listed on the product page so you can choose the finish you love.

Will my uploaded photo print clearly?

For the best results, upload a clear, high-resolution photo with good lighting. Our team reviews each image and will contact you if a photo is too low quality to print well.

What is your return policy for personalized items?

Because personalized items are made just for you, we accept returns or replacements only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the details you submitted. Contact us within 30 days with photos and your order number. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Famtify ships worldwide from our partnered workshops in the United States, Vietnam, and China. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your country. See our Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime at famtify.com/tools/tracking. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first tracking update.
